iSimon is owned by john and Mary kitchen. 

john has been a professional photographer for over 25 years and started iSimon in 1989 after working for a similar company on long island, new York.  he is widely recognized and respected as being the premier children's photographer in the region.  he has an unsurpassed ability to obtain genuine expressions when photographing kids – whether it is a studio session, school portrait, sport photo, etc.  no one works harder than john to obtain the memories parents cherish. 

Mary is a former c.p.a.  for Ernst & young that joined iSimon after the birth of their first child in 1994.  she is the ‘behind the scenes’ manager of the company.  her accounting background enables her to keep track of all aspects of the business – whether booking and handling accounts, taking care of customer service, or delivering portraits.  no one works harder to keep things running smoothly and make clients happy.   In addition to her daily job at isimon, Mary is also very involved in the community, including being a member of the local soccer association board of directors, treasurer of the elementary school parent faculty association as well as participating on the board of directors of the Samuel j foundation. 

as a team, john and Mary can work quickly and efficiently to make your picture day a success with very little work on the part of the teachers, principals, and secretaries.

john and Mary believe strongly in giving back to the communities we serve and also are active sponsors of the various sports leagues we photograph.
